Let us know which floor you have in mind (garage, basement, workshop, warehouse, clinic or other commercial space), about how large it is (square footage, or a one-, two- or three-car count), and what shape it is in now: bare, painted, previously coated, oil stained, pitted from salt, cracked or damp. If the floor is below grade, mention any history of water coming in. Photos of the whole floor and close-ups of problem spots help a lot.
